I can hardly believe the weather we've had this winter and spring so far - such a blessing to be able to enjoy it and get outside! Today, April 1st, temperatures climbed to the mid 80's again and it was HOT! We took the opportunity to try out Lainey's new swim suit and we enjoyed playing with a bowl of ice cubes in the backyard. Lainey actually wasn't all that interested in the ice; she just loves being outside... and looking adorable doing it!
I think we need to invest in a little baby pool for us to enjoy on the back patio and then we will really be ready for sweet, sweet SUMMER!

Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, you need a baby pool!! We have a 3' deep, 10' wide one, and Charlotte loved floating around in her little turtle all summer last year (and probably this summer, too). But even just one that holds a few inches would be SOO much fun, too! So yes. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, you need a pool.
